The MC143150B1FU1 is a Neuron Chip processor. The Neuron Chip processorfamily consists of two device types: MC143150 and MC143120. Within these device types are different versions, each with its own electrical and mechanical specifications. The MC143150B1FU operates up to 10 MHz over the full industrial temperature range of －40 to + 85°C, including writes to EEPROM down to －40°C.
